WORLDAUTO AUCTION
FOR THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DEAL

Sell the car. Show the work.

A clean listing is not a perfect car. It is an honest one: the right photos, the known faults, the paperwork and a place to inspect it.

Clearer questions. Better preparation.
DEALERS

Your inventory. Your sale.

Apply with your actual business and current license evidence. You remain responsible for your sales, state requirements, disclosures, taxes, paperwork and title transfers.

PRIVATE OWNERS

Your vehicle. Your records.

Apply with your identity, actual selling authority and payment/title arrangements. Seller approval and review of each vehicle are separate.

The listing tune-up

Use this list before submitting a vehicle. If a fact is unknown, leave it pending and obtain evidence. A longer description cannot replace an accurate record.

Real vehicle facts

VIN, actual availability, mileage and odometer status, condition, known faults, title/lien information and genuine ownership evidence.

Real inspection access

Actual vehicle city and address, contact person, appointment hours, and access for an independent expert inspection. Use authorized photos and video.

Real sale documents

Warranty information, applicable Buyers Guide, required buyer-rights and cancellation disclosures, seller fees and payment/title process.

Dealer price consistency matters.

Dealer listings require a Buy It Now price matching the vehicle’s actual current advertised dealership/online price, with evidence and applicable disclosures. Do not invent a price or upload a placeholder document to pass review.

Apply, review, then schedule.

  1. Create and confirm your account.
  2. Submit your dealer or private-owner application.
  3. Provide the vehicle’s actual records and authorized media.
  4. Resolve review questions before an auction is scheduled.

Public bidding is currently disabled. An application is not approval, and we cannot promise acceptance or a sale.
