Know the seller. Know the money path.

Third-party dealer

You buy from the named dealer. The dealer handles the vehicle sale, required disclosures, taxes, title work and its legal obligations.

Private owner

You buy from the named private owner. Review their selling authority, disclosures and agreed payment/title arrangements.

GVE-owned vehicle

Global Vehicle Exchange LLC is the seller when it owns and sells the vehicle. Its dealer obligations apply to that sale.

For third-party sales, WAA provides the marketplace and charges its disclosed buyer fee. The vehicle price goes to the seller or an agreed transfer provider. GVE’s own sales do not carry the WAA buyer fee. WAA remains responsible for its own services and obligations.

Inspect first. Transfer carefully.

We strongly recommend both an independent expert vehicle inspection and a verified third-party vehicle transfer provider before final payment, taking the keys and completing the sale. A platform listing does not guarantee a vehicle, its title or a third party’s conduct.
